36. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the probationary permit of a person who does not send the notice referred to in section 35 within the required time ceases to have effect on the expiry of the 60-day period set out in that section.
The same applies on failure of the second probationary period.
The Minister must notify the person who held the probationary permit of the permit expiry date as well as every school service centre, school board or institution in which the person was a teacher trainee.
